About the Programme
The Trust Wallet Graduate Leadership Programme is a selective, 12-month fast track for ambitious early-career talent who want to shape the future of Web3 and grow into its next generation of leaders.
At Trust Wallet, you won’t spend your first year watching from the sidelines. You’ll take ownership of meaningful projects from day one, work on products used by millions globally, and collaborate with exceptional talent across a fast-moving, global Web3 business.
Starting in one of our core functional teams, you’ll build deep expertise, gain cross-functional experience, and turn bold ideas into solutions that create real value for users and the business. With mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, you’ll develop the judgement, commercial mindset and execution skills to make an impact.
How the Programme Works
Build from day one: Start in a core functional team — Product, Marketing, Business Development or Operations — and take ownership of real projects with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
Think beyond your role: Work across functions, learn from experienced leaders, and turn insights into ideas that improve the user experience, unlock business opportunities or create new ways of working. The strongest ideas can progress into real initiatives, products or launches.
Grow into your next role: Develop through structured mentorship, hands-on experience and increasing responsibility. High-performing participants will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role at the end of the 12-month programme, aligned with their strengths and business needs.
Across the programme, you’ll gain exposure to three key areas:
Product & User Experience: Understand user needs, explore market opportunities, analyse data and help shape and deliver product improvements that make self-custody more accessible, intuitive and useful.
Growth & Ecosystem: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, community initiatives and partnerships across wallets, dApps, blockchains, stablecoins and emerging payment networks.
Business Strategy & Operations: Solve cross-functional business challenges, improve processes, evaluate new opportunities and translate data and insights into practical decisions that drive business performance.
What We’re Looking For
Strong academic foundation: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a top, renowned university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability and achievement.
Early-career talent: 0–2 years of professional work experience or relevant extracurricular experience, including student leadership, entrepreneurship, personal projects or community initiatives.
Exceptional problem-solving: You can break down complex, ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions and develop clear, logical recommendations.
A builder’s mindset: You turn ideas into action, take ownership of outcomes and focus on what creates tangible value for users and the business.
Clear communication: You can articulate complex ideas simply, influence through sound reasoning and collaborate effectively across different teams.
AI-native and future-focused: You actively explore AI tools such as Claude, Grok and Cursor, and are curious about AI agents and how they could transform how people work and transact.
Genuine Web3 curiosity: You’ve explored wallets, DEXs, stablecoins or other Web3 applications, and have ideas about what works, what doesn’t and what could be better.
Adaptable and driven: You learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity and are motivated by high standards, rapid execution and meaningful challenges.
Nice to Have
Entrepreneurial experience: You’ve founded a venture, built a product or launched a project in AI or crypto — whether or not it succeeded.
Hands-on Web3 involvement: Experience with DeFi, perpetuals, stablecoin payments, hackathons, DAOs or other ecosystem initiatives.
A track record of building: Side projects, product teardowns, research, a newsletter, open-source contributions or an active presence on X or GitHub.
