Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Handle inquiries from companies that are not yet ServiceNow partners regarding the ServiceNow Partner Program, providing program explanations and follow-up through online or in-person meetings
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries from newly onboarded partners — training content, licensing structure, product overviews, and more — working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Drive partner enablement by actively leveraging existing partner training and enablement programs
- Plan and run networking events that connect implementation partners and reseller partners with ServiceNow skills, expanding the Partner Ecosystem
- Identify technically strong implementation partners as Focus Partners and support their advancement to higher partner tiers, including through regular cadence meetings
- Connect partner and ServiceNow account teams to help create new business opportunities
- Read and accurately interpret the English-language source materials underlying the program, and produce Japanese-language materials for internal and external use
- Maintain partner tier status and keep partner information up to date in internal tools
- Manage KPIs and produce regular reporting on Partner Ecosystem growth
- Contribute to ServiceNow's partner business growth through other initiatives that expand the Partner Ecosystem
- Communicate effectively with business partners — a critical aspect of this role
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT, external partners, and third-party software vendors to deliver effective, resilient solutions
- Manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel, prioritizing effectively to deliver results amid competing business demands
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Flexible communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in new-partner onboarding in the IT industry is strongly preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new product knowledge and apply it to day-to-day work
- A proactive mindset for using AI to improve personal efficiency and maximize business outcomes
- English reading proficiency: most source materials for the program are in English, so accurate comprehension and the ability to produce Japanese-language materials from them is required; fluent spoken English is not necessary
- Project management skills to manage multiple partners and events in parallel
- Strong ownership, with the ability to identify and engage the right internal stakeholders on one's own initiative
- Logical thinking to independently devise initiatives that drive Partner Ecosystem growth
- A hospitality mindset focused on building long-term partner relationships
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
