Location: Mexico, Remote

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Mexico. Candidates must be based in Mexico and be able to travel to the office in Guadalajara as needed.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Own how every customer and prospect who evaluates Salesloft gets fast, accurate, credible answers about our security program.
As our Security & Compliance Analyst, you’ll answer the question every customer and prospect asks when they evaluate Salesloft: can we trust this platform with our data? You’ll keep our security program visible and scalable, so customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders have the information they need to trust the Predictive Revenue System and the Revenue Context behind it. In your first six months you will:

• Own the end-to-end security questionnaire process, triaging, completing, and tracking inbound customer and prospect questionnaires with speed and accuracy, using a centralized knowledge base of approved answers and automation tools such as Conveyor, Vanta, or Drata to scale capacity without sacrificing quality
• Build and maintain the public-facing Salesloft Trust Portal and reusable customer-facing collateral, including one-pagers, FAQs, security overviews, and data flow documentation
• Support compliance across ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks: coordinate evidence collection with auditors and control owners, and keep user access reviews, policy maintenance, control audits, risk tracking, and security awareness training content on schedule

HOW YOU’LL WORK HERE (our values, in this role)

• Move as One: You’ll work with control owners, auditors, and sales teammates to get evidence and answers in on time, and you’ll name tension directly instead of working around it.
• Evidence over Ego: You’ll back every answer with documented evidence, and say plainly when something isn’t yet true or isn’t yet documented.
• Lead from the Front: You’ll automate what’s manual and prototype better answers before polishing them.
• Make Your Mark: You’ll treat questionnaires, collateral, and the Trust Portal like products, building documentation and systems that scale and stand on their own.
• Customer-Inspired: You’ll tie every decision to one question: does this make our customer more successful?

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’re a detail-oriented, collaborative security professional who keeps customers informed and compliance work on track, and who fixes the root cause of a recurring questionnaire gap instead of answering it one more time. If you want to learn more, do more, and become more, this is your next move.

YOU’LL BRING (must-haves, max 5–6)

• 3+ years in information security, GRC, compliance, or a related field, including experience handling security questionnaires or working within a questionnaire management process
• Experience maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, or content libraries, with written communication that turns security concepts into clear, accessible language
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, GDPR, and other common security standards
• Comfort joining customer-facing calls and supporting security conversations
• Strong organization and attention to detail, working collaboratively in a support role
• Discretion with proprietary and sensitive information

IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Hands-on experience with questionnaire automation or compliance platforms such as Conveyor, Vanta, or Drata
• Experience coordinating evidence collection with third-party auditors and control owners for ISO 27001 or SOC 2
• CISA or a similar security or compliance certification
