Roles and responsibilities:

As a Project Management Associate, your responsibilities will center around project management and operations. Tasks may include but are not limited to: 

Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and decisions.
• Communicate and coordinate with globally distributed stakeholders across time zones.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to support effective project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Proactively follow up on action items and dependencies to support on-time project delivery.
• Develop clear, well-structured documentation to communicate project progress and insights.
• Collaborate with team members on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in calls from 7:30 PM –10:00 PM Bangkok time (Mon - Thu).
• Candidate must be a Thai national, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• 1–2 years of relevant project operations / management experience preferred.
• Comfortable using project trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A collaborative team player.
• Experience working in a technology company is a plus.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
