Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Operations Business Partner to partner closely with the India Sales Leader and District Managers across India. The role will provide dedicated operational support, business insight, and execution capacity to help sales leaders run their businesses effectively and improve seller productivity. Working as part of the APJ Sales Operations organisation, the Ops partner will own forecasting, pipeline management, performance analysis, business reviews, planning, and operational execution for the patch. The role reports to the APJ Theater Operations leader and will work closely with the India leadership team and Regional Sales Operations Business Partner to translate regional priorities into consistent execution at country and district level.

This is an advisory role. You are expected to explain why the numbers moved, recommend what to do about it, drive workflow improvement across the segments you support, and be in the room when the decision is made.

The role will create operating leverage through:

  • Country and district partnership: Providing the India Sales Leader and District Managers with the analysis, insight, and recommendations required to improve sales performance.
  • The three strategic pillars: Owning Territory & Account Planning, Forecasting, and Pipeline for India — the disciplines Sales Ops partners on, and where the partnership is judged.
  • Operating cadence: Owning forecast and pipeline reviews, business reviews, KPI reporting, and the follow-through needed to keep priorities on track.
  • Execution and follow-through: Operationalising agreed GTM priorities, tracking actions, upholding sales excellence and SFDC rigor and removing recurring friction for sellers and managers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with sales leaders: Work closely with the India Sales Leader and District Managers as a trusted business advisor, providing operational analysis, insight, and recommendations across their businesses.
  • Own weekly forecasting: Prepare and pressure-test the forecast and pipeline pre-read: explain week-to-week movement, quantify gap-to-close, frame risk and upside scenarios, name risks with owners, and set out the actions required.
  • Lead business reviews: Own country and district reviews end to end, including KPI analysis, performance commentary, action capture, and follow-up to closure.
  • Analyse performance: Assess pipeline coverage, conversion, linearity, seller productivity, territory, and account performance; diagnose root causes and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Territory and quota design: Lead territory analysis and design for India, model quota and run equity checks, and manage account assignment and white-space analysis, bringing options with clear trade-offs and working within agreed regional governance.
  • Account planning: Own the account planning standard in the patch — guidance, content standard and KPIs, the refresh cadence, and plans maintained live in SFDC rather than produced as audit artifacts. Review plan quality with District Managers and drive follow-up on gaps.
  • Annual planning campaign: Act as the analytical lead for the annual planning campaign across India — territory design, quota modelling, account assignment and scenario support — as a quarter-long program, not a single meeting.
  • Operationalise decisions & programmes: Lead the implementation and adoption of agreed GTM, organisational, and process changes with Regional Sales Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Sales excellence & SFDC rigor: Own sales excellence by maintaining strict CRM (Salesforce) and forecasting hygiene: run the standard checks, surface data-quality and process issues to sales managers with named owners, and drive resolution.
  • Drive follow-through: Track actions, dependencies, and performance interventions arising from forecast calls, business reviews, and planning discussions, and close them out without prompting.
  • Improve processes and alignment: Recommend and implement practical improvements that reduce operational friction, and partner with Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Planning, and Corporate Operations to support execution.
  • Support account and deal execution: Coordinate account-planning, win/loss, and big-deal review cadences, providing analysis and tracking agreed actions through to completion.
  • Own pipeline coverage: Track create against target by source, run coverage and health analysis for CQ, Q+1 and Q+2, monitor hygiene (age, stage, BVS, pushed), and build remediation plans with Marketing, SE and Channel so that gaps surface a quarter early with a named plan.
  • Identify leading indicators: Monitor performance trends and leading indicators across pipeline, productivity, and execution, highlighting gaps early and proposing improvement initiatives.
  • Drive adoption and field feedback: Lead adoption of new processes and tools, gather structured feedback from the field, and work with Regional Sales Operations to recommend practical improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution: Partner with Channel Operations, SE Operations, Renewals Operations, Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Planning, and other relevant teams to align priorities, coordinate dependencies, and ensure consistent execution across India.
  • Improve workflows for scale: Improve the workflows behind recurring deliverables so they run consistently and at scale, and share the resulting working practice with Business Partners across the theater. This is influence, not people management.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

HOW WE WORK: THE PARTNERSHIP STANDARD

Insight, not just data. Every recurring deliverable answers three questions in order: what happened, why it happened, and what we recommend. A page that reports a number without naming the driver and the action does not meet the standard.
Prepared, never reactive. Every cadence has a standard pre-read prepared in advance: movement explained, gaps quantified, risks named with owners, and open actions carried forward.
Clear boundaries. Strategic work is owned; field-service work is performed as a bounded, time-boxed service; operational requests are routed to the owning function within one business day with context.
A trusted business partner. Objective perspective, constructive challenge, and recommendations grounded in data and business context. Forecasts and pipelines are pressure-tested with candour; hygiene and forecast discipline gaps are surfaced to the Sales Leader with named owners on their team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, business analytics, or a related role, ideally within a multinational technology company, including experience partnering directly with a country or regional sales leader.
  • Sales leadership partnership: Experience partnering with sales managers and senior commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced sales organisation, including a track record of recommendations that changed a decision.
  • Sales operations knowledge: Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and performance management.
  • Territory and account planning: Hands-on experience with territory design, quota modelling and equity checks, account assignment and white-space analysis, and running an account planning standard across a sales team.
  • Analytical capability: Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex and incomplete data, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations with trade-offs.
  • AI fluency: Working fluency with AI tools such as Gemini and Claude for analysis, synthesis and workflow automation — able to build and run a repeatable AI-assisted workflow that reduces manual effort in reporting or analysis preparation. Deep technical AI experience is not expected.
  • Tools and systems: Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, forecasting tools such as Clari, Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), and BI or visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Execution discipline: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, and maintain consistent follow-through with limited supervision.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and present evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • In-Office Location Requirement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the [ India office location ] in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
