Procore Technologies is the leading technology partner for every stage of construction. We empower construction teams to drive efficiency and mitigate risk through actionable AI & data-driven insights. For over 20 years, we have been transforming the industry with purpose-built solutions for construction professionals and we’re looking for talented people to help us build together.
We are looking for a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to drive AI fluency and enablement across our global workforce. As the Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI on our Enterprise AI Center of Excellence team, you will work closely with cross-functional business leaders, Product Management, Talent, and Learning & Development to scale AI tools, foster adoption, and empower employees to maximize their impact. Your strengths in enterprise technology enablement, change management, and generative AI tool fluency will drive your success.
You will report to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI and will be based in Austin, Texas or remote within the United States.
AI is a company-wide priority at Procore. Our leaders are actively engaged, and teams across the business are eager to experiment. Procore exists to improve the lives of everyone in construction, and that starts with our own people: we want Procore to be a place where people do the best work of their careers. AI is a big part of how we'll get there, by putting better tools in everyone's hands, streamlining routine work, and freeing up time for more creative and strategic work.
To lead that change, we're building a new Enterprise AI Center of Excellence within Procore's Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms team. The team will set the direction for how Procore uses AI across the business, run the programs that bring it to life, and help every team get real value from it. It's a rare chance to build something from the ground up at a company that's serious about AI.
You'll own how 3,000+ Procore employees across our Go-to-Market and G&A teams learn to use AI well, across Claude, Gemini, and the enterprise AI tools we add next: designing persona-based enablement programs, building the champions network and knowledge base, and driving adoption so our AI investments turn into real results. You'll partner with the Principal Product Manager, who decides what we roll out and to whom, the Principal Architect, Enterprise AI, who shapes how tools are used, and the Staff TPMs, Enterprise AI, who lead major rollouts. You'll also work closely with Talent and Learning & Development, and with leaders and champions in every business unit. This role focuses on how business teams use AI. AI enablement for Procore's Product & Technology organization, including agentic software development, is led within P&T.
