Product Operation（Tiktok Shop）- Singapore

**Job Description**

**Position Overview:**

1. Oversee the overall operations of external shops including the platform's TikTok store, coordinating with supply chain, marketing, product and other teams; identify high-potential products, optimize product supply, drive sales growth, and take full ownership of the store's overall GMV.

2. Manage the overall product operations of the TikTok store, including auditing product supply, expanding product assortment, optimizing product creatives, and improving metrics such as product card click-through rate (CTR) and purchase conversion rate.

3. Participate in shelf operations for other game-related products on the platform; continuously identify product opportunities and drive product selection, listing, configuration, SKU updates and day-to-day maintenance, while proactively adjusting operational strategies in line with game versions, campaigns and market trends.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, trading platforms, or related product/merchant operations; experience in virtual product operations is a plus.

2. Strong interest in gaming, familiar with at least one category among PC, console or mobile games, and able to understand game versions, campaigns and player spending behavior.

3. Strong execution and sense of responsibility, with good communication, negotiation and cross-team collaboration skills; able to independently drive merchant and product operations initiatives.

4. Chinese as a working language, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
