Apply on Lightfield’s site →Lightfield is reimagining CRM as a world model of a business. By learning from emails, meetings, and customer conversations, we’re building a living understanding of how a company works—so AI can help teams anticipate what comes next, make better decisions, and take action.
More than 5,000 companies have used the product since its November launch. We’ve raised more than $70M from Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Maverick Ventures, and Greylock to attack the biggest software category in the world. We previously built Tome, which reached more than 25 million users, and our team brings experience from Llama, Instagram, Google, and Salesforce.
We’re on an exponential growth trajectory with unit economics that justify a significant investment in paid acquisition. We're hiring a Head of Growth to build the most AI-native version of performance marketing we can, in service of our vision of becoming the market-leading CRM in the platform shift from cloud SaaS to agentic systems.
This is an opportunity to build an AI-native growth engine from the ground up for a category defining company competing in one of the largest categories in application software.
This role reports directly to our Head of GTM.
Build an AI-native performance marketing engine. You’ll architect every part of our growth machine - including experiment design, creative production, and analysis - with agents (and the Lightfield platform) at the center. You’ll set the bar for what this discipline looks like in 2026.
Own paid acquisition and its contribution to pipeline. Set strategy and run campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. Test additional channels, including YouTube, Meta, Reddit, X, and newsletter sponsorships, based on where we can reach the right buyers efficiently. Allocate budget against qualified opportunities and revenue, with clear decisions about what to scale or stop.
Build account-based marketing with sales. Partner with sales leadership to define target accounts and coordinate paid campaigns with AE outreach. Build differentiated programs for strategic accounts, high-fit segments, and the broader market. Use buying signals, including website activity, funding, and leadership changes, to refresh audiences and prioritize investment.
Improve conversion across the acquisition funnel. Own testing across ads, offers, and landing pages, with particular attention to demo conversion and opportunity quality. Build campaigns and pages for specific segments and competitive evaluations. Work with sales and operations to improve routing and follow-up, and support self-serve conversion where it contributes to our acquisition goals.
Run a consistent creative testing program. Partner with design, content, and our agency to turn customer evidence and product positioning into campaign assets. Test customer proof, product demonstrations, and executive thought leadership alongside direct-response offers. Maintain a clear experiment backlog and use results to guide the next round of creative.
Connect campaign activity to business results. Own acquisition tracking and campaign reporting in partnership with operations. Connect spend and engagement to qualified pipeline and closed revenue, and feed downstream conversion data back into ad platforms. Evaluate brand investment through a combination of attribution, self-reported sources, and incrementality testing.
Build repeatable workflows with AI. Use agents and Lightfield to speed up audience research, creative development, campaign analysis, and reporting. Document what works so the team can repeat it. Lead agency partners with clear briefs, priorities, and accountability for delivery.
You’re AI-native. You use AI tools to pull analyses, generate and test creative, brief landing pages, and move at speeds that weren't possible two years ago.
You’re deeply hands-on with Google and LinkedIn. You can sit in each platform and performance tune campaigns yourself without outside assistance.
You’re fluent in measuring brand, not just direct response. You've owned a mixed brand-and-performance budget and know how to evaluate channels designed to produce halo, not last-click. You have opinions on MMM vs. multi-touch vs. self-reported attribution, and you've run incrementality tests.
You’re a strong written communicator. You write crisp briefs, sharp ad copy, and clear analyses.
You have a track record of success at a fast-paced early-stage company. You’re comfortable with a less-structured work environment and shipping daily.
