About the Role
FuriosaAI의 Solution Architect는 고객의 기술 과제를 이해하고, NPU와 Furiosa SDK를 활용해 AI 추론 환경을 설계, 구현, 개선하는 역할입니다.
고객 요구사항 분석과 솔루션 제안부터 코드 작성, 성능과 정확도 검증까지 참여합니다. 직접 구현하고 실험하며 문제를 해결하고, 기술적 판단의 근거와 검증 결과를 명확히 설명해 고객의 의사결정을 돕습니다.
주니어와 시니어를 함께 모집하며, 경험과 역량에 따라 담당 범위와 책임 수준을 정합니다. 구체적인 과제는 온보딩 과정에서 개인의 역량과 팀의 목표를 고려해 함께 조율합니다.
Key Responsibilities
- 요구사항 분석 및 솔루션 제안: 고객이 해결하려는 문제와 기술적 제약을 파악하고, 적합한 추론 환경과 구현 방향을 제안합니다.
- 추론 프로그램 개발: Furiosa SDK를 활용해 추론 프로그램, 예제, 데모를 구현하고 개선합니다.
- 기술 검증(PoC): 고객 요구사항을 바탕으로 기술 적용 가능성을 검증하고, 결과와 주요 기술 이슈, 적용 시 고려사항을 문서화합니다.
- 성능 및 정확도 분석: 측정 조건을 정의하고, 지연시간과 처리량 등 추론 성능과 모델 정확도를 평가합니다. SDK 업데이트에 따른 변화와 GPU 등 다른 실행 환경과의 차이를 분석합니다.
- 기술 커뮤니케이션 및 교육: 고객, 파트너, 개발자에게 제품의 특성과 검증 결과를 설명하고, 활용 가이드와 교육 자료를 작성합니다.
- 엔지니어링 협업: 고객 환경에서 확인한 기술 이슈와 피드백을 내부 엔지니어링 팀에 공유하고, 해결 방안과 제품 개선 방향을 함께 논의합니다.

- 담당 예제와 데모를 구현하고, 정해진 기준에 따라 테스트와 성능 측정을 수행합니다.
- 오류를 재현하고 실행 결과를 분석하며, 확인된 사실과 추가 검증이 필요한 내용을 구분해 공유합니다.
- 필요한 정보를 질문하고 진행 상황과 어려움을 공유하며, 실행 환경과 시도한 방법, 결과를 문서화합니다.
- 구현 및 검증 경험을 바탕으로 고객 요구사항 분석과 솔루션 제안에 참여하며 담당 범위를 넓혀갑니다.
Minimum Qualifications
- 컴퓨터공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상의 학위, 혹은 이에 준하는 경험을 보유하신 분
- Python으로 프로그램을 작성하고 수정하며, 실행 결과와 오류를 분석할 수 있는 분
- 데이터와 실험을 바탕으로 문제의 원인을 분석하고, 해결 방안을 검증할 수 있는 분
- 기술적 내용과 판단의 근거를 명확히 설명하고, 필요한 정보를 질문하고 공유하며 협업할 수 있는 분
- 실무 경험 뿐 아니라 학업, 연구, 인턴십, 개인 프로젝트, 오픈소스 활동에서 쌓은 경험으로도 역량을 설명하실 수 있습니다.
Preferred Qualifications
- Linux 환경에서 개발 및 운영 경험
- C, C++, Rust 등을 활용한 개발 경험
- 스크립트를 활용한 개발, 테스트, 벤치마크 작업의 자동화 경험
- vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM 등 LLM 서빙 및 추론 최적화 도구 활용 경험
- Docker 또는 Kubernetes 활용 경험
- 벤치마크 설계 또는 모델 정확도 평가 경험
- 프리세일즈 또는 B2B 기술 지원 경험
