Your Mission
As the Creator Program Manager, Overwatch at Blizzard, you will be the main point of contact for creators and own the Creator Program for our Overwatch franchise. In this role, you will report to the Director, Social & Content, Overwatch and serve as a key member of our Influencer and Creator team, supporting community creators including YouTubers, streamers, fansites, cosplayers, podcasters, and more. You will run the day-to-day operations of the program, from developing new processes to executing seasonal strategies, while working closely with global and regional communications, marketing, publishing, and public relations teams. As an internally recognized specialist in the creator space, you will champion significant programs and initiatives and bring new methods and process improvements to how we work with creators. Your focus will be finding and creating mutually beneficial opportunities and programs for Blizzard and our creators.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate has an intrinsic understanding of current and emerging trends in the creator space and strong familiarity with major content platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, as well as new and emerging platforms. They are friendly and relatable, able to speak with creators on a level playing field, while staying focused and driven. They move quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time. They exercise independent judgment, set their own priorities based on general direction, and proactively bring solutions to leadership.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $74,020.00 - $136,944.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
